The City of Dallas is seeking resident feedback at several Housing Policy public input meetings
January 27 - February 26
The City of Dallas faces a housing shortage that has intensified the underlying housing affordability problems in the market. This means that many households in Dallas are spending more than 30% of their income on housing. It also means that areas that have suffered from disinvestment will continue to do so unless the City intervenes.
The City of Dallas is seeking resident feedback at several Housing Policy public input meetings. Please invite your community to attend either an in-person meeting or a virtual town hall to give your feedback. Citizens can learn more about the in-person and virtual meetings by visiting www.dallascitynews.net/city-invites-public-give-housing-feedback or bit.ly/housingmeetings.
You can click either of the links above to be taken to the same place. You will see there:
- a list of the fmeeting dates and topics, with links to PowerPoint presentations if the meeting date has passed
- information documents about Market Value Analysis
- a registration form for signing up for TeleTownhalls (Telephone Town Hall Meetings)
Each meeting has a virtual date and an in-person date.
